Samling vid Poseidon!
Vi styrde söderut under ledning av Britt Tönnberg och Ingemar Blad i sin vackra Daimler.
Götaplatsens studentfirare, soldyrkarna och två Lamborginis fick skåda när UBCC's kvällskörning drog iväg.
Återsamling var bestämd till rakan på gamla E6 mellen Kållered och Lindome. Alla kom dit ungefär samtidigt trots olika vägval genom Mölndal. Kolonnkörningen gick på trevliga vägar genom norra Halland och dess hästgårdstäta område öster om Kungsbacka. Farten gick i trav, så vi hann att se hästarna och de oss. Undrar vad hästen tänker när han ser så många hästkrafter på lång rad?
Målet för kvällen var Café Fyren i Kungsbacka, där Christer "Mr Tjolöholm" Olsson stod som parkeringsanvisare och hälsade välkommen.
Goda mackor, gott kaffe och trevlig stämning gjorde ytterligare en trevlig British Car Week-kväll. Det blev "prisutdelning", alla fick presentkort på biltvätt hos Mjuk Biltvätt, och alla med blankt krom fick solglasögon från Specialfälgar.
Bilar denna kväll: 8 Jaguar, ingen Tiger men 1 Daimler, 1 TR8, 1 Morris 1000 Traveller, 1 MG TC, 1 MGF, 1 MGB, 1 Aston Martin och undertecknade i Morgan.

All those students, sunseekers and two Lamborginis saw us leave Götaplatsen this beautiful evening.
We headed south led by Britt Tönnberg and Ingemar Blad in their beautiful Daimler.
We had decided to stop at the old road between Kållered and Lindome and all cars came at about just the same time though they hade used different ways through Mölndal. All together we drove off on nice small roads in northern Halland and east of Kungsbacka. We passed Gåsevadholm castle and a lot of horses in the fields. Wonder what they thought about all our horses?
We ehaded for Café Fyran in Kungsbacka south of Gothenburg, where Christer "Mr Tjolöholm" Olsson greated us welcome.
Nice sandwiches, lovely coffee and real friends made this a superb British Car Week evening. And there were prizes too. Everybody got a "presentkort" for a car-wash at Mjuk Biltvätt and all those that had shining chrome on their car got a pair of sunglasses fråm Specialfälgar.
Altogether this evening there were 8 Jaguars, no Tiger but a Daimler, 1 TR8, 1 Morris 1000 Traveller, 1 MG TC, 1 MGF, 1 MGB, 1 Aston Martin and the authors in a Morgan.
